Hey Paladin13ers,
I joined The Adventurers Pack and you guys didn't get back to me yet. Can I be a member and if 'yes' then did you guys get my e-mail. I want to join the club. What's happening?
-"Settel153.."
Please bear with us, Settel153. We're a little behind. Alright, we're a lot behind. But we appreciate everyone who has joined in the past few months. For real. We haven't forgotten about any of you guys. Stay tuned, Adventurers!

If a twenty two foot speed boat is traveling at 25 knots, 30 knots, 35 knots and then 40 knots, in calm water, and turns sharply 90 degrees in either direction, how many g-forces are exerted on a man weighing 180lbs?
-"Goober"
Yeah. We know the answer to this one. No, really. Okay, carry the four and divide by 180 . . . It's on the tip of our tongue . . . almost there . . . just about got it . . . Alright, the answer is definitely "C". Either that or "green".

Hey,
Where the heck are you guys? More Jimmy James journals PLEASE!
-"Jo-E"
Comin' up! (PS We're like, right here!)

Dear Paladin13ers,
I like to read your magazine. My favorite part of it is the Adventure section because I like to imagine what it would be like to be a superhero. I would pick to be able to fly and not need any nutrients because then I could fly all over the world and never have to worry about eating or sleeping. I'd also like to have the bulletproof cape for protection in the sky. Keep up the good work. You guys are hilarious (especially in the letterspage)!
-"Vicko"
Great. Now we feel obligated to say something funny here . . . uhm . . . let's see . . . bacon bits! (Sorry, Vicko, I guess we don't work well under pressure.)

Greetings Paladin13 Editors,
I just wanted to let you know that I think what you're doing with this magazine is very good. I just found out about this web site and enjoyed all the articles you've posted so far especially the ones in the Adventure section. I also like Professor Dense's experiments. I don't really have any questions for you I just wanted to tell you to keep up the good work.
-"U"
Hey, thanks, man. We don't really have any witty replies for you, we just wanted to say we appreciate "U" writing in.

Hello Paladin13s!
We love this magazine! The very best thing about it is that it is free to read. We always check it out for new stuff. And we found the hidden code in the buttons. That was so good because we just found it by accident and then pieced it all together. Are there any other hidden codes like that on Paladin13 Magazine? If not keep them coming because we will figure them out especially since summer is here now. Keep rockin'!
-"Battle Axe13" & "Crossbow13"
How could you -- shhhhhhhhh -- don't -- aww, for Pete's sake -- YOU'RE NOT SUPPOSED TO JUST GIVE IT AWAY LIKE THAT WITH THE SECRET CODE AND EVERYTHING!
(Actually, we're glad you did because now everyone will go around hunting down the "button code" like mad: This should be fun.)

[ May 25, 2001 ]

You should talk about sports because that's what we like. You have a cool magazine.
-"J.V."
Sports, eh? That's what you like, eh? Well . . . alright, we'll see what we can arrange. In the mean time, check out our feature on golf; that's like a sport. Sort of. (Now I'm in for it). Anyway, thanks for dropping us a line, J.V.

Hello Paladin13 People,
What's up? I read your web site and I liked it. The pirate adventure is cool. One question that I have for you is where you come up with all this stuff? Are you in stores or just on the Internet? When are more articles coming out?
PS SPAWN RULES!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
-"Spawns Chain"
Sounds like you got a little more than one question there, "Chain" -- can we call you "Chain" for short? Regardless, here're some answers.
1.  In the office, sometimes at home or on the basketball court behind my house
2.  Just on the Web  -- we don't want just ANYBODY finding out about us on any old news stand
3.  Any day now

[ April 28, 2001 ]

What's the hold up?  If it's a diary shouldn't he [Jimmy James] be writing in it EVERYDAY? How long am I going to have to wait?
-"Manta Ray"
Manta Ray,
Hey, give the guy a break! He's kinda busy getting ready to fly to the moon! However, he did manage another entry just the other day. Check it out here. By the way, cool codename.

[ April 4, 2001 ]

Dear Paladin Magazine,
When I came to your site, I was WOWED! Finally, a magazine I could get into. I loved it because I cannot wait to see what happens to Jimmy. When will you tell us? Do you ever plan on doing something on gladiators? Also, I think being stuck on a deserted island would be cool. No school! But it could get dangerous and even fierce. Anyway, I liked your magazine and will come back again maybe next week. I chose 'Tank' for my codename because I love football!
-"Tank"
Tank,
Thanks for writing in, man. You're the very first person to write us a letter and the first to become an official member of The Adventurers' Pack. That means you'll be getting updates via e-mail to let you know when we post new articles and features--including every time Jimmy adds an entry in his diary. Gladiators, huh? We'll see what we can do. We're glad you liked our mag. Come back anytime.
